Deposit of Fund Instructions

1. "Faster Payment System" (FPS) electronic payment service: Customers can first register to activate the "Faster Payment System" service at their bank account, then input our Bank of China account number and name of our company, to register as a beneficiary account, and then proceed with the transfer procedures.
2. Direct bank transfer via online banking to the "Current Bank Account" provided by "Theia Securities Limited". Please keep the deposit receipt for notifying "Theia" of the received payment.
3. Deposit at bank branches or transfer through ATM to the "Current Bank Account" provided by "Theia Securities Limited". Please keep the deposit receipt for notifying "Theia" of the received payment.
4. Deposit cheque into the "Current Bank Account" provided by "Theia Securities Limited". Since the deposit voucher cannot display the name or account number of the check issuer, customers are requested to photocopy or photograph the check before depositing it, to protect the interests of both parties. Please keep the deposit receipt for notifying "Theia" of the received payment.
5. We do not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawal of Funds Instructions

1. The bank account used for fund withdrawals must be under the same name registered with Theia Securities account. Withdrawals to other individuals' bank accounts are not allowed.
2. We process fund withdrawal requests from 09:00 to 15:00 on trading days. The deadline for receiving withdrawal applications is 12:00 noon on trading days. Withdrawal requests submitted after the deadline will be processed on the next trading day.
3. During holidays and market closures, banks do not process fund transactions, which may affect the time it takes for the funds to be credited. The estimated times provided below are subject to the actual crediting time, and we reserve the right to interpret them.

Overseas remittance charge: HKD300 per transaction (for HKD withdrawals) / USD45 per transaction (for USD withdrawals)

Note: Please ensure that the name order matches the bank account. If a withdrawal fails due to a name discrepancy, you will be responsible for the bank remittance charge.
