Stock Deposit

Instructions for the handling of physical stock withdrawal in Hong Kong:

1. The client should fill in and sign the "Physical Stock Withdrawal Instruction Form", ensuring that the signature matches the one on the account opening form.
2. Take an image of the completed and signed form, and send the image to cs@theiasec.com by using the registered email address at Theia Securities
3. Our staff will verify the accuracy of the form's contents and proceed with the withdrawal of physical stocks on behalf of the client from the HKEX CCASS.
4. Once the withdrawal is completed, we will notify the client to bring the original "Physical Stock Withdrawal Instruction Form" and identification documents to our office to collect the physical stock.
5. The physical stocks will be registered under the name of the HKEX CCASS. If necessary, clients are responsible for paying related taxes and handling the stock transfer procedures. We do not provide proxy services for physical stock transfers. 

Important notes:

1. Charges standard:
   HK$5.00 per lot, minimum HKD 100
   Note: Rounded up the nearest lot
2. Processing time: Under normal circumstances, it takes 5-7 working days to complete the process. If the number of stocks to be withdrawn exceeds 100 lots, the processing time is approximately 2 weeks.
3. Authorized collection: If the client is unable to collect the physical stocks at Theia personally, she/he can authorize someone else to do so. The authorized person must bring the authorization letter, identification documents of both parties, and the original "Physical Stock Withdrawal Instruction Form" signed by the client.
4. If the client fails to collect the stocks at Theia within 30 days after receiving the notification, we will return the physical stocks to the CCASS, and the related fees will not be refunded.
